You can change your delivery address before you place your order, but unfortunately, once an order has been placed, you will not be able to change the delivery address through the website. You will need to contact our customer service team on 9394 3111 ext 1 for Customer Service or by emailing email@example.com as soon as possible.
If you are paying via Paypal, we would highly suggest updating your account to ensure your shipping address is also updated on your account to avoid any possible problems.
We will be able to make changes to your address if your delivery timeslot is more than 48hours away.
If your delivery is due in less than 48hours, it may have already been added to a delivery route and assigned a driver. We will do our best to change your delivery address in time for delivery, but we may only be able to cancel & refund your order instead.
