We always try to fulfill your order as best we can, and make sure our website reflects what we have in stock. However, on rare occasions when it comes time to pack your order, we can be out of stock of items you have requested.
In this situation, we will always try to replace a product with an obvious substitution and provide an appropriate refund. Any changes of this nature will appear on your final invoice. We will never charge you more for a replacement.
If you would prefer to not have products substituted, please select the 'No Replacements' button before proceeding to checkout. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We will refund a replacement item in full only if you left a clear message in your order notes that you did not want replacement items.
