If you need to remove an item, we can make adjustments up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. We will add a note for our pickers to take the items out of your delivery.
If the items are delivered to you by mistake, please return them to the driver immediately and let us know, so we can refund you for the items you've returned.
If your delivery is less than 48hours away, we are unable to remove items. If you can't proceed with the order because of this, you can cancel your order instead.
