When your order is picked and sent to our delivery team, we'll email you your final invoice, which shows any refunds, replacements, or out of stock items.
If there's something missing from your order that wasn't detailed in the invoice, please contact us as soon as possible so we can sort it out with you.
- Check to make sure it's not still with the delivery driver
- Check if it's out of stock but was not automatically refunded
- Refund you for the item
If the total value of missing items is over $50 and the items are in stock, we can arrange for the items to be redelivered for free. We'll work with you to find a suitable delivery time.
