We always try our best to fulfill your order as best we can. However, on rare occasions when it comes time to pack your order, we can be out of stock of items you have requested. We will refund you for any items that we couldn't deliver to you.
If you notice any missing items that have not been refunded or replaced on your final invoice, please call or email us so we can confirm if they were:
- Out of stock and will be refunded, or
- Part of an entire bag, box or order that is in the truck right now and will be dropped off to you before that delivery run ends
If the value of items missing is over $50.00, we are happy to arrange redelivery if the product is in stock.
