We always try our best to fulfill your order as best we can. However, on rare occasions when it comes time to pack your order, we can be out of stock of items you have requested.
In this situation we will always try to replace a product with an obvious substitution and apply the appropriate refund. Any changes of this nature will appear on your final invoice. We will never charge you more for a replacement.
