The service fee is a charge added to all online orders. It helps cover the costs of picking and packing your order and merchant fees so we can continue delivering the quality, freshness, and service you expect.
2. Why is there now a $5 service fee on my order?
We’ve introduced this fee to help manage rising operational costs. It ensures we can keep supporting Aussie growers and maintain fair prices while providing the same great service.
3. Does the service fee replace the delivery fee?
No, the service fee is separate from the delivery fee. Both apply to online orders unless you have an active Delivery Pass, which covers the fees for both.
4. Do Delivery Pass members pay the service fee?
No. If you have an active Delivery Pass, both the delivery fee and the $5 service fee are completely covered. The pass can save you over $750 a year on delivery and service fees combined.
